• Tasks and responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership through regular check-ins and provide coaching to the development team,
  • Lead the team of developers in the delivery of web solutions,
  • Coach team members and help create achievable goals,
  • Demonstrate leadership in your communication style and approach,
  • Represent Redbox both internally and externally, taking an active role as needed in recruiting, technology sharing, meetups, conferences and other company-sponsored events,
  • Work with clients and on projects as a senior developer.

• Qualifications required

  • 5+ years of PHP development experience,
  • Leadership and communication skills,
  • Strong problem-solving skills in a web agency context,
  • Proficiency in contributing code to existing codebases,
  • Good understanding of the following:
    Architecture, development and accessibility standards
    PHP
    WordPress
    HTML, CSS, préprocesseur CSS (SCSS, LESS)
    Javascript
    Git versioning tools
    Integration and creation of REST APIs
    Familiarity with MySQL databases
  • Work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment that requires meeting deadlines and juggling multiple priorities,
  • Ability to work individually and with a team composed of developers, designers, digital strategist, project managers and clients,
  • Passion for learning new technologies and a desire to stay current with industry trends and best practices,
  • Ability to process and conceptualize information under tight deadlines.
