Business Development Representative

The representative will have to ensure the prospecting and acquisition of new customers using the sales tools created by the company and by its presence in the field.
The representative will have to create tailor-made proposals that will be compatible with the needs of the customers.

  • Tasks and responsibilities

    • Research and creation of a prospecting list in the targeted sector of activity:
      – vineyards, cider houses and micro-distilleries (www.CircuitDesVignobles.com)
      – micro-breweries (www.PasseportMB.com)
      – restaurants (www.RestoMania.ca)
      – theaters and others
    • Prospecting call (leads and cold) and relaunch of former customers,
    • Presentation of the company as well as the different packages offered,
    • Telephone and email follow-up (CRM),
    • Request for references from current clients.
  • Qualifications required

    • Strong sales / business development / telemarketing skills,
    • Knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
    • Knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet),
    • You are familiar with tools like Dropbox, Slack and Trello,
    • Be able to perform a multitude of tasks simultaneously with flexibility,
    • You know how to work independently and take initiatives,
    • You excel in planning and organization,
    • You are diplomatic, have good interpersonal skills and trustworthy.
