<p>There really isn’t a translation. However, there are various formulations such as “landing page” or “target page”. A landing page is a page created for the purpose of supporting a web marketing campaign. This is the page you want people to land on.</p>

Indeed, thanks to this form that the Internet user will have completed, you will be able to collect his email and thus send him what he has filled out your form for. It can be an ebook, a subscription to a newsletter, a webinar, a discount or whatever. There are lots of different possibilities. It allows you to make your user a prospect, to encourage him to become someone more and more interested in your product or service.</p>
<h2>Tips for an effective landing page</h2>
<p><strong>Go for a catchy title!</strong></p>
<p>On average, 8 out of 10 people will read your headline, but only 2 out of 10 people will read the rest.<br />
It is therefore essential to find a catchy and coherent title. The Internet user must immediately understand what it is about.</p>
<p><strong>Keep it brief!</strong></p>
<p>If at a glance the Internet user judges that there is too much information that does not bring him anything, he will close the page immediately. The landing page must contain all the necessary information, within reason. Do not invade it with information, at the risk of losing it. Highlight the key arguments as well as the characteristics of the offer.</p>
<p><strong>Emphasize the message, not the images!</strong></p>
<p>Your images should not take over. Remember that the element that should stand out the most from your landing page is the CTA: call to action. Do not hesitate to put an incentive image.</p>
<p><strong>Play with colors!</strong></p>
<p>Structure your landing page with colors. Create a landing page that catches the eye and makes you want to read! Emphasize the most important information.</p>

			<h2>What is SVG?</h2>
<p>SVG or “Scalable Vector Graphics” is a vector drawing format based on the XML language. It was developed from 1998 by a working group including, among others, IBM, Apple, Microsoft, Xerox. SVG is much more powerful than other image formats that we can use on the web, which gives it a large number of advantages. Namely, it has the particularity of being manipulated with code either in a text editor or with CSS or JS. Despite the fame of its designers, this vector drawing format was not directly estimated at its fair value, in particular because of the lack of compatibility with browsers (compatible with Internet Explorer from version 9 only).</p>
<h2>The advantages of SVG</h2>
<p><strong>Easy to learn</strong></p>
<p>Learning to create and integrate SVG requires spending a minimum of time depending on the difficulty of the illustrations you want to create. However, the syntax is simple and its capabilities are comparable to those of the flash language! In addition, the creation of this format can be done without ever writing a single line of code thanks to programs such as Libre Office Draw, Inkscape or Illustrator.</p>
<p><strong>A single aspect ratio for all screen sizes</strong></p>
<p>Scalable Vector Graphics which translates to “Vector Graphic Adaptative” in French defines this image format as a vector file. Unlike bitmap images, which adapt very poorly to changes in size because they are made up of pixels, vector images have the ability to adapt to any size. No more saving your images in different resolutions so that they fit in your responsive site, the SVG adapts by itself!</p>
<p><strong>Reduced file size</strong></p>
<p>As said before, Scalable Vector Graphics are file formats based on XML, which means that it is composed of code. Its weight is therefore insignificant compared to a bitmap image made of pixels. This reduced weight greatly influences the loading times of a site, and therefore its speed. Knowing that beyond a second of loading, an average user is able to abandon his search to look elsewhere. This advantage is significant!</p>
<p><strong>Ease of handling</strong></p>
<p>Beyond the fact that creating SVGs can be done through any vector creation program (which makes it much easier to achieve), animating SVG files requires a minimum of practice. However, it is easy to learn the language and animate simple shapes like icons or logos. The more you practice, the more complex your animations can be!</p>
<p><strong>A very simple bitmap/svg conversion</strong></p>
<p>Since this vector file format did not receive the interest it deserved when it was created, many sites today use bitmap images when generally the use of SVG is more beneficial. Luckily, illustrations, icons, shapes, logos, etc. are fully convertible to SVG thanks to Illustrator for example. So by updating your site you only have to replace your PNG, jpeg, etc. files. by these same files in SVG.</p>
<p><strong>A timeless smart choice</strong></p>
<p>The importance of having a fast and efficient website, the attraction for animations, the need to capture the user’s attention and the attraction for organic forms. After 20 years without much consideration, SVG finally regains the place it deserves in the web world!</p>

<p>Afinding a website that is clear, intuitive and where the information you are looking for is easy to access, that’s what your prospects are looking for. The aesthetics of your website is certainly important, but it is not enough on its own. You must think strategically when you establish your design, that is to say, establish a shopping path like the tags found in physical stores. It is necessary to facilitate access to information so as not to stupidly lose your prospects.</p>
<p>The first ten seconds your prospects will spend on your website should answer these questions:</p>
<p>“Does my site respond well to the need that my prospect is looking for, that is to say, does he know directly what we are selling?”</p>
<p>“Does he have access to the information he is looking for based on where he is in his buying cycle?”</p>
<h2>Facilitating your target&#8217;s experience</h2>
<p>A prospect who types your site in the search bar is probably closer to the act of purchase. He knows your brand, was able to remember it and type it in the search bar. It’s already a great victory! Now, you have to make it easier for him by adding a clear and visible button on the home page of your site to encourage him to perform an action. Indeed, this prospect knows your brand and you therefore know that he has confidence in having searched for your name on his own. You must then offer him several call-to-action options such as “buy” or “shop” or even “book” so that he can click on them and arrive directly at the place where he wants to go, without him don’t have to search too much.</p>

<p>If you sell a service, then you will have to offer him content so that he can learn about it. Land them on a landing page and offer them to download an ebook or participate in an online training in exchange for their email. You then collect his information and stay in contact with him to then send him a series of automated emails in order to always offer him more little advice that will gradually give him more confidence in your service.</p>
<p>If you sell products, your landing page should promote your latest product, for example, or a particular offer, but not all of your products or promotions.</p>
